Swing by your local grocery store’s produce section for already cut veggies. The produce section has many options to fit any budget. Have a little time and don’t mind the prep to cut up all the veggies then buy the whole head of cabbage and use half now and half later.
Looking for extra protein with your meal? Add a chicken breast or a handful of shrimp. Same rule applies here. Running short on time? Purchase already cooked chicken or a Rotisserie.
Anyway you cut it…there are ways to fit healthy meals into your routine. Get creative because the combinations are limitless! Oh, and remember to have FUN while you create. Believe me, food always tastes better when you add the VITAMIN L for LOVE!
